So you’ve tried all those miracle fat loss diet plans and nothing works. Not surprising, honestly. What these fad diets are trying to do is make money fast and easy. They want you to think that there’s an easy way out, something that will involve eating whatever the heck you want, sitting around all day, and watching pounds fall off like magic. They’ll tell you what you want to hear, but they’ll never share with you facts about how to lose belly fat. Sadly, this has been the cause of misinformation in dieting for decades now. Look, follow these steps, and you’ll lose weight in a safe, healthy, effective and efficient way.
More Water
Go into your fridge, and if you have more soda in there than a single twelve ounce can, you drink too much soda. Try this: Next time you’re at a restaurant, order water, not soda, juice, coffee, or tea. In the morning, skip the sugar laden coffee and drink a glass of water and a vitamin B tablet. When you do drink tea, skip the sugar. It’s not so much that water is what you need, though you do need to stay hydrated, rather, you need water in place of a whole bunch of other things. If you want to curb your appetite, then what you want to do is drink more water, as most people mistake signs of thirst for signs of hunger. Drink more water and listen to nobody who tells you otherwise.
Eat Well Rounded Meals
You need to follow the food pyramid. If you’re trying to follow a diet that has you eating all protein or all fat or all fiber or all ANYTHING, then dump it immediately, because it’s bad for you. If you’re on an all protein diet and you’re losing weight, call the doctor, because you’re losing tissue that you NEED, like bone density, muscle mass, and organ tissue, and you may need some serious vitamin supplements to get it back. If you’re losing weight without exercise, then you need to start eating better right now.
Exercise
If you’re not getting your exercise, then you’re not going to experience fat burning. That’s simple fact. Fat is energy, that’s all it is. It’s how your body stores energy. So if you want to get rid of that fat, then start expending that energy. Again, if you’re losing weight without exercise, it means that you’re losing bone, muscle and organ weight, but most certainly NOT fat. Remember that fat weighs less than anything else in your body. The only way to burn fat is to actually BURN fat, not to starve it off, not to overdose on protein, but to walk more, do sit ups and aerobics and actually put the work in to get rid of it.
